Dr. Nasha Winters, ND, FABNO
POWHER MEDICAL DIRECTOR
A global healthcare authority and best-selling author in integrative cancer care and research consulting with physicians around the world. She has educated hundreds of professionals in the clinical use of mistletoe and has created robust educational programs for both healthcare institutions and the public on incorporating vetted integrative therapies in cancer care to enhance outcomes. Dr. Nasha aims to bring integrative, bio-individual care to the women's health community and beyond.

Dasha Maximov, PN
DIRECTOR OF HEALTH COACHING
Dasha is a yoga teacher, health coach, and founder of WhealthCo. As the Director of Health Coaching for the PowHer Program, her goal is to impart to clients and other coaches the habits that are required to make long lasting change in health happen and to bring forth the idea that health is not reductionist, but a symphony of cascading events and things in our bodies the create an environment for disease or for health.

Kayla Osterhoff, MPH, PhDc
DIRECTOR OF SCIENCE & R/D
Former CDC Health Scientist, Researcher, and Health Optimization Medicine Practitioner formally trained across the spectrum of the health sciences. As the Director of Research and Development for the Women’s Health Organization, she aims to use their pilot 12-month women’s health cohort program (PowHer) as a vehicle to help bridge the gap in women’s health research and build the evidence base for high quality women-centric health care.

Brooke Bradley, BS Student
PROJECT MANAGER
In her final year at University of Missouri Kansas City studying health sciences, Brooke serves as the PowHer Program Project Manager. She is a cat mom to 2 adorable babies, Nipsey and Nugget and enjoys crocheting and calligraphy. Women’s Heath has always held a special place in Brooke's heart and she's excited to support the PowHer Women!

Samridhi Pradhan, BS Student
COMMUNITY MANAGER LEAD
Aspiring student pursuing a career in Health Care Operations, Sam has worked in the hospital and pharmacy settings, gaining customer service, patient care, and administrative expertise. She supports woman's empowerment efforts and in the future hopes to represent women in leadership and run her own company.

Melanie Alfonso, BIR Student
SOCIAL MEDIA & MARKETING LEAD
International Relations student at the National University of General San Martin who currently lives in Buenos Aires, Argentina who started her own independent media outlet to advocate for women's rights in Argentina and educate her community with self-published academic pieces. She aspire to learn from this experience as well as to teach others, develop new aspects of my career and ultimately work for women and their basic human right to lead a healthy informed life.
